Car wash service is really good. I have been filing the gas from this station from last one year and never had any complaints.Staff is knowledgeable and always ready to assist.Store is keeping the Covid19 precautions very well.

This Petro Canada consistently has lower gas prices around the KW area. Every time I've interacted with the employee at the register, they have always been very helpful and friendly! I recommend this station not only for the gas prices and convenience of snacks/food, but for the customer service as well.

Enployee name : GaganThe customer service was very very rude and simply arguing the customer. She couldn’t even help me when we stuck inside the car wash. She was waiting outside of the car wash and watching like movie. Very disappointed with the service provided by this employee. Customer should properly treated and she even didn’t apologize for their inconvenience

The customers service girl was very rude and even she didn't bother to ask about anything and about any promotion. It was a day time and even it was not a busy. Her mood was like she was giving me free gas and I was her servant. Petro Canada has a good name these people take it for granted. They just waite for their pay chaque. Every time companies should send their under cover or mistry shoppers from the different ethnic group so they could measure the customers service. But I was very disappointed. Next time when I have a chance to visit the store I will check her name from her name take and re write my review again about her customers service

Petro-Canada & Car Wash
The car wash is never the same twice - sometimes the presoak works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I get a good wash, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I get a good drying, most of the time I don't. I've given up.Other than that, gas is gas. Pumps work fine. The Tim Hortons sucks, but that's not the gas station's purview. The Domino's Pizza is mediocre, but again, not under the gas station's purview.
