Update: Raubvogel and team are amazing.Dr Steven Wahba and assistant were kind, but very rough.Incredible. My oral health has been neglected for several years. The dentist and hygienists were so understanding, kind, not judgmental. They explained everything as they were doing it, which is important to me. They explained more than one option for next steps and made a recommendation that made sense to me. I am glad to say I've found my new dentist! Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

I can't say enough how outstanding this dental office truly is.I have been seen recently for some emergent issues and they have gone above and beyond my expectations with making me feel comfortable and making sure my concerns were being heard and promptly addressed.The staff are very friendly and truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued.Thank you for taking the time to make me at ease when I am normally quite scared of dental procedures.

Went to this location for teeth whitening and removal of cavities. The staff had a great attitude and were very professional. Removal of cavities was quick and painless. Due to work, I was forced to schedule my appointment on short notice, and they were able to accommodate me. Would highly recommend.

I went hear to take my daughter for some work. For some reason my Insurance declined but after a few days it was resolved and they got paid.What I didn't like was being threatened to take it to collections on the same day. What kind of business does this.

We recently visited Dr. Lam for our 3 year-old son’s first dental visit. The care we received from the staff coupled with the extremely clean office was beyond our expectations. They did a fantastic job and know how to make a child feel comfortable and safe in such a different environment. Dr. Lam was very friendly, patient and caring with our son. She was even able to polish our son’s teeth without any tears! We would highly recommend Dr. Lam and this dental clinic.

Our first experience with Ferris Lane Dental was in order to deal with an urgent matter, and we could not have been happier. The admin staff were friendly and professional, as were the dentist and assistant.We have since moved our entire family to the practice, and based on our children's first visit, we will remain happy customers for many years to come!

An excellent dental clinic. They're always very friendly and understanding when I need to adjust a scheduled appointment (within reason, I expect anything last minute I still need to pay for). My Dentist (Dr.O) is friendly, very gentle and is very kind. She made me feel better about my own oral health post-covid and is willing to answer any questions I have.

We’ve used this dental office since moving to Barrie about 6 years ago. The staff is always friendly, thorough and efficient. They care for all of our dental needs without issues and are amazing with our small children; as a result both of our children love going to the dentist.
