Webb's Ford

I was traveling with my two kids and hubby from Winnipeg to Edmonton. we had an issue with our sunroof as we were passing through Vermillion. We stopped by Webb's Ford on Friday evening at 4.45pm. They were able to patch us up in 15min and back us to road. They understood our urgent situation, and they were welcoming for whole family. We were able to make it safely to Edmonton. These are probably the nicest people in the world. We were driving through and had car trouble, and they worked with us, stayed open late, offered us room to hang out. I wish i could give them 10 stars, because they deserve it. Top notch work, amazing service.

This was my first purchase at Webb's Ford in Vermilion, a new 2018 Ford Fusion, and was such a pleasure dealing with everyone there that I will definitely make them my store where I will be sending all of my business. Right from the start, I was treated with a real respect and appreciation of my potential business there. I was looking for a new fusion but was not that happy with my current dealership and was reluctant to purchase there. I decided that I would shop around and check out other dealership within 100 KM radius of where I live. I checked out 3 other locations, and what can I say that the sales & Finance people made me feel like my shopping there, was a privilege for them to serve me. I purchased my vehicle from them and they had exactly what I wanted in their show room. After the purchase, the finance people lined up all the paper work seamlessly. When I went to pick up the vehicle and was given the tour of their facility and introduced to the people in Parts and Service, a really nice touch, and I got from the introductions to these individuals that they really cared that I was a new customer of theirs! Likewise with the owner who just happened to be in the parts department when I was introduced made me feel most welcome. Great job Webb's Ford, I will definitely recommend them to all my friends for a great experience. I will have to travel a little further now to get any parts or service done, but to me the experience of being treated with the utmost in respect and appreciation is worth the small price of travelling a little further to get that!!

We have been able to count on Webb's Ford for several years for service work and advice. Knowing how I will be treated made a recent new Ford vehicle purchase a very comfortable decision. Sales staff are not pushy and simply layout all options for consideration. They know the product well. Good follow through efforts and synergy amongst the entire team!

The service crew at Webb’s is second to none anyplace else. I have had several vehicles though the shop there in the last year and there is not enough that can be said to the level of customer service provided here. I wish there were more then 5 stars to give!

After being a regular customer at the service department for many years, I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle for our family. Webb's made this an extremely easy thing to do. During this time of social distancing, we were able to discuss the type of vehicle and options, test drive and purchase the vehicle very easily. I have always felt that Webb's treated you like a family member and wanted to make sure that everything was well explained and that all of your questions were answered before things progress whether I was purchasing the new vehicle or fixing the old one. We bought an electric car last week and found ourselves losing 2km to 1km of range on the highway. Realized we weren't going to make it to Lloyminster on our charge, so searched desperately for the nearest charging station. Mike left the outdoor charger on for us and saved the day! We're so grateful. Highly recommend this spot, couldn't ask for friendlier staff or better customer service! 10/10

When our daughter's car life suddenly came to an end, we were left scrambling to find a reliable used vehicle that was reasonably priced...during a pandemic riddled with car shortages. Although Webb's had nothing on the lot for her, they had a vehicle perfect for us and so with a vehicle swap with our daughter, we were able to resolve our car crisis quickly. Thanks, Webb's Ford, for quickly responding, being open and transparent, and for your flexibility in so many areas. The people were very friendly and this was the most positive dealership experience I've ever had.
