Time tables are ALWAYS wrong, check maps for train times.Kept clean, rarely any skeevy types around.Stairwells constantly reek of urine and the stairs are HELLA steep.

Coldest station there is. If your hot in the summer great place to come cool off before hitting the train. But in winter just plan ahead so you can stay upstairs and wait for your train unless it doesn't bug you then your fine

Great LRT station. There are several entrances for easy access. The station itself is deep underground and is cool. There is large murals on each side of the station that are thought provoking. For the most part the station is clean and well lit. This is a fairly new station and therefore modern looking. I have used this station many times over the years and have always enjoyed it.

Metro train broke down in the station on my way to the national geographic show and the smell of smoke was almost as bad as the smell of smoke coming out of my ears from these two ladies behind me at the show who seemed to think it was call and response rather than a lecture. Plus everyone there seemed to be a cave diver and I'm like um no, going to the basement acquarium at WEM doesn't make you a cave diver. One star.

The bridge connects University of Alberta campus & Government building area on the other side of the bridge, approachable from Grandin station. Very nice river view associated with Saskatchewan river, river-alongside road, wooden stairs to go down to brink of river from the top side all park with sitting arrangement.

I believe the underground doors that let you walk through the legislative catacombs to the exits on the east side of 109 St from the LRT, should be unlocked and made accessible to the general public during all hours. I also believe there should be a pedestrian crosswalk with overhead yellow blinking lights, speakers for the hearing impaired, and buttons on 109st, between 97 ave and 99 ave, where 98 ave would be and where the eastern most exit from the LRT tunnels is located when the catacombs are locked. If either of these two were done, or if I'm ever stopped by police, I might finally stop crossing a road as busy as 109 in a place with no markings, sometimes several times a day, in the exact same spot.

Thankfully the name no longer includes the ge no" cid al christian. One of the entrances is one of only two underground stations which includes escalator access to the surface. It's fair to say this is one of the places that homeless people rely on.I wish it

Good station, but it needs 24/7 pedway access from the Legislature grounds, rather than having to walk to the cross walk and then walk all the way back to the station.
