This department doesn't answer its phones. I was promised several years ago a correction on property name. Still have not had a name correction but tax bill continues to be sent to me.

Amazing though once one gets through to a black woman worker, things become pleasant and smooth. They r competent. Getting to one is the challenge. Also a challenge when not dealing with one.

After reading reviews, I was reluctant to visit. Wow, was I wrong! From entering the building and receiving warm welcomes to being serviced by Stacy was all so pleasant. Stacy greeted me with a big smile and we had a conversation in which was so caring. With more employees like Stacy, I have no doubt that the positive reviews will start overtaking the negative Reviews"."

Drove an hour and a half today (Friday) to learn that they’re closed on Fridays even tho it’s says their open on their website and google, if you’d like to live in a filthy city where the people who run it don’t care about you or your time, detroits just for you

I've been trying to contact them for the last 2 weeks and have left numerous messages including 2 w/willie donwell. it confirms everything they say about the city of detroit. I will give credit where its due to ombudsman linda who not only answered her phone on the 1st ring but was very affable and tried to help me and but she couldn't get through as well.don
