I am giving this clinic a 3 for the following reasons..1. Doctors refusing to see patients for cold symptoms, this causes longer waits at HSN because now these patients will go there.2. One Dr. refuses to see you if your on Ozempic, treating it like it's a dangerous narcotic3. Another Dr. (Long hair greasy looking) does not follow his hypacratic oath AT ALL....he is condescending, arrogant and rude!!The staff is pleasant however which is the reason for the 3 star rating.

Dismissive, arrogant, unprofessional, and performs very inadequate assessments.I feel awful for the very nice assistant/Nurse to have to work in such an atmosphere!

A huge disappointment! Azilda clinic is suppose to close at 4 and I walked in at 2 and was told that the doctor was not accepting any more patients because they had to leave early. There are already limited hours there and this lack of commitment to patient care is an embarrassment. There are also huge signs in the waiting area that have the basic medical services that the doctor won’t perform. Don’t waste your time going here. Find another clinic that respects patient health needs.

Took over an hour to see someone when the waiting room only had 3 people in it? Terribly, terribly, slow.Edit: To be clear, Staff and Dr were great, Just not enough of them.

Why offer a virtual line if you don't answer? This is ridiculous. Just take the service away if you guys refuse to answer the phones!! I wish I could post a screenshot of my call log with that number today! What a waste!

Not enough care was rejected when i fell from my truck hit ky head and really bruised they saw me and they where to full well im sure they could have acess tell me what to do i had to go emergency hospital 12 hours later took a cat scan was ok to go back home
