Ms. C. Davis - First I'm sorry you had to go through this when dealing with the loss of your Father. You should have had someone walk you through things.I know from dealing with my F-I-L; S-I-L and; Father that the funeral home has to go with the current will. The funeral home has to follow unfortunately what is written in the will as this is a legal document. If there was another will which was dated after the one used, lawyers can over ride the one used to reflect the current will.My dealings over the 3 family deaths I dealt with 3 different funeral homes, all the rules were the same.I'm pretty sure if you applied to the Ontario Government, you should be able to get a copy of the death certificate.I'm so sorry for your loss.

They were an honor to deal with. Being from out of province they had everything taken care of. Comminication was awesome and the care and devotion they took made everything go smoothly. I highly rate this home and all its staff as they deserve it.

Terrible furneral home, regret going and both times I went I had issues of over pricing, to they forgot the urn at the grave side service. Would recommend Blenheim Community but they did refund us and we sorted out the overall invoice.
