5/5...Few words to describe Jay and his crew: Courteous, professional, honest, hard working, experienced.I had Jay and his crew remove a very large Cottonwood that provided quite a challenge due to the location of utility lines and infrastructure...Jay's approach and execution of this work was spot on. They also removed another 4 trees for us, and thinned a tall Hemlock and Plum trees to open up more light for our new garden.It was very obvious right from the initial meeting through the completion of the work that Jay is a Master at his craft. Obvious extensive knowledge and experience shows easily. Jay and his crew honestly cared about the quality of the work, satisfaction of the customer, and they treated our property as if it was their own.We felt that the service provided was full value. We cannot recommend Linden Tree enough...you cannot go wrong with hiring them for your project.

Jay came to my help to chop down a few trees in my backyard under an emergency situation. He responded quickly, and was very friendly, informative and professional. He was generous in sharing his knowledge. I found him honest, and the price he charged was very fair in my opinion. The cleanup job he and his crew did was very thorough.I used multiple tree services companies previously (since I had a lot of trees in my property), and Linden Tree Care was by far my best experience. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Had a snowstorm last night and large tree branch snapped and fell on my roof. Called Jay this morning and he was over in two hours to take care of it. Friendly, on-time and well priced. Very knowledgeable as well.

Jay and his crew arrived a few minutes early and quickly reviewed the scope of work. They worked diligently on an awkward cedar hedge located on a sloped driveway. There was a lot of debris, which was efficiently cleaned up with a chipper. We are very pleased with the professional results. I would recommend Linden Tree Care for your yard maintenance.

Jay was quick to give us a very fair estimate. There were no added costs at the completion of the job. Jay and his worker arrived on time and went straight to work. The job was done exactly as described and no damage was done to the surrounding areas. What I was most impressed with was their clean-up. Other companies leave quite a mess behind. Our yard was left immaculate. It was very clear that Jay takes great pride in a job well done! I would absolutely use Linden Tree Care again and I would highly recommend them.

Jay and his crew are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, proficient, punctual, and courteous. They came over to remove a decaying tree (with three trunks) with little room to maneuver. I thought it might take them the entire day to do this given how tight the areas are, but the job was done in less than three hours! They cleaned up the area and left things in a very orderly fashion before leaving. I can't be happier with their service and would recommend Linden Tree Care to anyone in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Linden Tree Care (Jay and his co-workers Dan and Peter) for tree removal and pruning!They are prompt!They are professional!They are hardworking!They do a thorough cleanup!Their price compared to the competition was better too!** Before hiring any tree service for removal, pruning...etc., please educate yourself on the municipal tree bylaws of your city to avoid paying any fines for breaking them. **Jay does charge an application fee if you want him to apply for tree permits on your behalf. I took Jay's advice and applied for the tree permits on my own to save some money. It was easy as he said it would be.You cannot go wrong with this tree service company! Call now!!

Jay from Linden Tree Care is very nice and friendly person and professional. My tree is 40+ years old and rotten quite a bit. During the estimation time Jay examine the tree’s health and advise me to trim down the excessive branches to reduce the weight put on the branches in order to slow down the rotting and reduce the risk of broken branches during the windy weather. We agree with his advice and let him do the work for us in early-May 2022. He removed the dead branches and excessive ones while leaving enough branches to block out the sunlight during the hot summer time. The clean up after the trimming was also done thoroughly.I only leave this comment in late-June instead because I cannot tell the trimming was done well before seeing how the tree and leaves grows. Now I can say Jay had done a great job to my tree.I would recommend him and will ask him to take care our tree again in the future.

Jay was super responsive and very knowledge about his work/industry. He explained how much he could prune my large maple and ensured that the work was done safely. He took pictures during his time here and shared them with me.Overall awesome work! I highly recommend Linden Tree Care.

Would highly recommend Linden Tree Care. Jay was very friendly, responded quickly and highly professional team that carried out the removal of a large cedar tree on our property. They took good care of our property cleaning up after the removal was completed. Stump removal was done on a separate day and Jay followed up to ensure everything went well and to our satisfaction. His level of customer service and care was very appreciated. Best customer service I have had in a very long time!
