Friendly, professional and affordable.The shop responded to my email questions before open hours which I really appreciated. All the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about fixing my wheels, they also were very helpful with choosing accessories for mine and my kids bikes.

This is a great bike shop,. Staff are friendly and fantastic, product selection is very good and service is outstanding.I’ve purchased product and had service done on two bikes here. They will even order in product they don’t have, but you do have to baby-sit a little bit - two items were not priced and ordered on one occasion. It happens.Product selection is surprisingly good for a small footprint (they have so much storage upstairs and down ask if it isn’t on the floor - they likely have it).Stratford is blessed with two stellar bike shops - highly recommend both. Totally stoked about Totally Spoked.

Had a great experience getting a new bike assembled. Dropped the bike off in the morning and it was ready by lunch. Mike provided some good tips on breaking in the new brakes. Overall great experience and would take my bike there again.

This team is great! Super good customer service, really good with beginner questions, good prices, and have been excellent during pandemic-related stock shortages. I was always a bit nervous to go in here, but it's so welcoming and they've become my go-to.
