Worst service from a funeral home I have seen in my 69 years of life. From setting a half hour limit to a viewing, to forgetting to post the obituary and now ashes will be an entire week later than we were told. Simply unacceptable.Update: We are STILL waiting for his ashes. Heartless.

Absolutely outstanding staff and services at Telford's. My mom's celebration of life was held there recently, and the staff were patient, helpful, and understanding. They accommodated all requests, did so on our timeline, and really made a point of making us feel comfortable. The facility was ideal, and any changes or alterations we decided on were promptly adjusted. Death is never easy, but being guided through the process by caring and talented individuals means you can rest easier knowing your loved one is looked after. Brent, Dianne, and Suzanne - you deserve a huge pat on the back. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Would not give break out of costs when requested, just wanted us to come in and sign documents even after they were told that I was looking at other companies prices and when I chose another company to use for cremation, they would not release the body until I paid an exorbitant cost for the transport from NRGH to their facility on Townsite. Compassionate? Yes, but not recommended.
