Kathryn did an amazing job planning our Disney vacation. She listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and was extremely knowledgeable. I felt like our trip was important to her and that she was really interested in us having a great time. Kathryn covered every base. She sent us wonderful gifts for our trip and kept open communication throughout the process. Would definitely book another trip through her and the company.

To be fair it would be 3 ratings 5* then a 1* then a 5*. The first person I had was great she communicated every step with enough reminders. She was retiring and I got stuck with a person that did not communicate anything and after a complaint I was switched to Shanna Browning who took care of all last minute thing and questions. She was available by phone if needed for any questions during my time at Disney World.

I worked with Jamie Swanson to plan our trip to Disney World. She was so great to work with, and her time is invaluable. We'd wanted to go for a while but it felt so overwhelming. Someone recommended Jamie and had they not, we still might not have gone! Having someone to ask questions and take care of the big details made the trip a lot less stressful. She'll even help make dining reservations and change your resort if a better option opens up a few months after booking! Who knew that was possible? Thank you Jamie!
