They will not send back the full amount of your money you overpay after 2 months of arguing with people that don't understand customer service all I can say is by far the worst service ever

We needed quite a few boxes and bubble wrap, and we were happily surprised to be offered a volume discount! Even with short notice, the lady serving us was professional, polite, and helped take out the boxes to our truck. Excellent service!

Apple Self Storage has been just perfect for us. The unit we rented was the right size, and not too expensive. When I had an issue getting my unit door open last winter, the facility attendant very promptly came and helped me out. We have no complaints. :)

Recently renewed our storage lease. Very happy with the facility and their efforts to keep the grounds and he storage area clean and well maintained. The office staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Will be using this storage company in the future
