It is refreshing to see a store that takes such good care of its plants! I bought a very nice and healthy jade plant, and the owner was friendly and helpful in giving me instructions on taking care of it properly. She also gave me a complimentary flower as a gift at checkout :) Great shopping experience, will definitely be back for my future purchases!

While the plants are truly spectacular, an the flowers beautiful always, I have to say, you won't get much help with caring for the plants or assistance with your problems after you buy. If you need advice and if you want more than one-time customer service, or you are not very knowledgeable about advanced plant care, this is not the place. Alma on Duluth are more helpful in that respect, and you don't feel like a pest.

This is the only place in the city I buy houseplants from. They are always beautiful, unique, and healthy and the owners are so helpful, always willing to give as much information and advice as you want. The quality is vastly superior to anything else I've found at similar prices, highly recommend.

Bought 2 plants here, when I got home I realized they were infested with spider mites.As someone who owns 60+ plants, I expect plant shop owners to do periodic checks on their plants. The plant was absolutely infested upon a basic check when I looked closer. Thankfully, spider mites do not tend to spread to other plants unless they are in contact & the plant was isolated. I would have been royally upset if it had spread to the rest of my plants.

A great place to buy flowers.I went there and had a very nice interaction with the owners. They were very kind and helpful.Based on the occasion and my budget, they suggested a couple of nice bouquets with beautiful and fresh flowers.Highly recommended!

From the first second I got there, the man rushed me to choose the flowers I wanted for my mom’s birthday, and it’s not like other people were waiting behind me. He was rough with the flowers I chose and didn’t cut them evenly at all. The paper wrap was so poorly done that I had to redo it at home. And the set of flowers which carried very few flowers cost me 46$ tax incl. I will never go back there or recommend this place.

bought a very large plant for over 300 dollars - brought it home and realized over time that it was infested with scales. i wish they had been honest.
