Vet services aside.This vet wants payment in full , prior to stepping in the door for any service . I’m not the type to pay for a service I have yet to receive. What ever happened to opening up an account , c/w a credit application ?

Honestly been one of the best vet experiences I've ever had ♡ Dr Sanford n Dr Boyce are both amazing and very easy to talk to and learn from. As a vrreder I truly enjoy a vet that helps better you instead of doing the bare minimum.

We had to say goodby to our boy Rusty on October 6, 2016. The vetrinarian and vet tech made our goodbys so comfortable. We were in a back area that looked like an apartment. He was on a blanket on the floor. I was allowed to lay down with him during the whole process. They are so empathetic and compasionate. They made our goodby a little easier. The vet explained the whole process in such a compassionate way. Thank you all so much for everything you all did to help our boy Rusty's passing so comfortable and not a medical procedure by making his surroundings more homey.

Extremely overcharge.Dog wasn’t feeling well and scheduled an appointment for a checkup. The day of the appointment the dog was feeling better and was back to normal so I called to cancel the appointment but they suggested I bring him In for a checkup just the same. The checkup took approximately 15 minutes. They found a slight trace of lime disease and charged $800 for the checkup of which 50 was for the antibiotics. We will be cancelling all of our appointment for our pets there. Outrageous.

In this hospital, a very good doctor and very bad manager at the reception desk. She is rude and not friendly, and responds aggressively to adequate answers: “We will refund your money, go away from here.” It all started with the fact that we were worried and asked if there was free time for the delayed day, this day was very important for us. We were told that there is and we can pay for the ratings. We paid and after the payment received an answer that there was no time, after our refund the manager tried to find time, but not at all what we expected. Well, the main thing is apointment. We arrived exactly at the booked time, even a little early. We were told to wait as they have emergencies. When asked why we did not warn about this, they said that we should know about it. And from where. no, for example, it is not clear, we have only been living in Canada for three months, we came from Ukraine. After waiting one hour, we once again asked how long we should wait, which is already dissatisfied with the communities especially, the manager does not know what he said and that they have an emergency. We said that we understand, but why do they not warn about this when booking an appointment. The locals very culturally explain that it would be good to get information about waiting when we booked appointment. To which they received an answer that since we were not satisfied, they did not want to accept us at all. It's terrible, I don't understand how it can work. After an hour and a half of waiting, we were received by a doctor who was surprisingly very good! She is truly a professional in her field. She examined the dog and made an vaccination. The next day we received a letter from the hospital that since we are not satisfied, they do not accept us anymore. This is instead of making a fence and just informing your customers normally. We didn’t intend to go back anyway, but we will warn everyone if you book an appointment there so that you can plan so that you don’t know how long to wait there.

When our Yarmouth area vet retired, I was heartbroken. I have no human children—my dogs are my kids—and their quality of care is so important to me!Earlier this week I brought two of my dogs in for the first visit at Evangeline. Dr. Sanford was excellent with both of my dogs and suggested blood work to determine if they need to stay on meds both dogs have been on for a year. We found out one of our guys had 3 tick borne diseases that had gone undiagnosed! It’s a relief to know we can treat it and he’ll possible have more time.The staff seems caring and were very responsive to my request for medical records to submit to my pet insurance company.

The staff here are amazing! So patient, kind and helpful. One of our dogs is very anxious at the vet and has to wear a muzzle. Dr. Ben was so patient and gentle, our dog has never been so calm with a vet before. Didn’t overcharge us, gave us advice on tick and heart worm meds for rural dogs. I’m so happy with our experience here!

The staff and veterinarians here are amazing. They truly care about our pets.Always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help our much loved fur babies.They also have a great selection of pet foods and supplements. My sweet Violet is in great hands when we visit.
