Kelsey has been walking our dog for almost a year. Our experience with her has been amazing and most importantly our dog loves her and Ava!The daily posts, videos and pictures of our dog playing with his friends gives us so much comfort.

Kelsey has been walking our very energetic dog for about two years. Our dog was nervous around other dogs when Kelsey began walking him but after group dog walks and recall training Dash has mellowed and often comes home with ‘a great’ report after his daily walks. I highly recommend Kelsey and her team to walk your dog.

We love Kelsey, but more importantly, our dog, LuLu, loves Kelsey! Lu is a timid dog but she warmed quickly to Kelsey (and Ava). Kelsey’s knowledge and experience with dogs allows us to feel tremendous confidence every time they leave the house. Kelsey is very in tune with the dogs’ different personalities and needs. Kelsey runs her business professionally and always does her best to accommodate our requests. We love the photos snd videos she posts from her walks! You couldn’t leave your dog in better, more caring hands!

Amazing experience working with this company! Very reliable, great communication after every single walk, with photos included! Great level of professionalism displayed at all times and very accommodating to last minute requests. Would recommend over and over again for on-leash or off-leash walks!

We have a 2.5 year old Bernedoodle whose excitement sometimes gets the better of him resulting in overly enthusiastic play with some dogs. Kelsey has made every effort to find a walking group with dogs suitable to his needs. We worked together to instill a gradual entry to off leash walking, which is a work in progress. I appreciated Kelsey honesty in how each walk is going so we can make adjustments as needed. Also love that she posts photos of her many walks showing transparency in the way she handles the dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to others.

This company is very young and very self-centre. However, the business idea is great by taking the dogs to Pacific Spirit Park with an off-leash component and will attract lots of dog lovers. The owner, is quick to judge situations without really considering all the facts. This Business only accept one METHOD OF PAYMENT (online banking), not specify on their web page. Which business does that? In my text communications with them, the use of “we do not…”, “we must…” and “we this…” and “we can’t…that” repeats daily. If you request something that requires more attention you may want to keep reading. If your dog IS PERFECT DO NOT READ ON.I was first very shocked when on his second outing, I was sent a note that his leash was chewed with no apology, “We do not know why” (why would he have a leash in a car and why would they use my leash). By the way, the dogs are not crated during travel time. House keys were given, cash payment was a big issue for them (no accommodation, no improvement in better customer service). I imposed cash payment. On the fourth outing, I received a very long\detailed text. It described my dog then 5 months old as the aggressor/monster of 3 other dogs from 1 to 2 years (I really had a hard time to get my head around that: a 5-month-old puppy attacking THREE DOGS older. Possible, not likely).I had never seen my dog showing any sign of aggression towards any other dog, anybody, or anything before. He's friendly and had been exposed to city and wildlife. I went and checked his body and discovered teeth punctures on his side. While gathering the details, the owner K, indicated that my dog was kept on the leash for all walks since the beginning of the outing, and all the other outings, that it was a risk to let him run with the other dogs. I was repeated over and over that my dog was not to be considered aggressive in my eyes but if he did not change his behaviour during his walks, I might have to find another service alternative. I was told that their service is to only walk dogs and that they did not want troubles and it is too difficult for them to deal with trouble. I was told that my request of not allowing my dog to dig, made it more difficult to handle and that DIGGING is a sign of HAPPINESS portrayed by dogs. I was told that because my dog needed a lot of baits for recalls that made them trainers as oppose of being walkers. I responded by paying the baits/treats because a puppy needs them for recalls and that I did not see many holes around and I did not see many dog owners letting their dogs dig holes in the GREATER VANCOUVER. I sent links on the subject.I requested to sign a waiver to let my dogs free as intended. GSP can't be on a leash behind all the other dogs for 4 weeks. After he was let off, I was anxious to know how the walk went. I sent a couple texts. When she only could, she then sent one liner in a one e-mail the following day. K likes to be right and reminded me that my preferred way of communication was by e-mail. In the same communication, I was informed that she was going on vacation, but 3 weeks prior also told a shortage of staff.Nevertheless, my dog got sick, WORST, at pickup time her employee heard my dog coughing and decided to LEAVE HIM BEHIND despite the danger of potential infection, I would have expected an EMERGENCY TEXT OR MAIL OR BETTER A PHONE CALL. Once again, no apology. After our vet visit, the owner K assumed that my dog was contagious! Once informed that my house was under camera surveillance, they became very detached. Why I kept sending HIM: 1. It is hard to find service providers now 2. I like the idea of my dog RUNNING outside 3. K and I were trying to fit private walk (advertise on website) she never followed up 4. I still struggle to find service. I do not recommend Kelsey’s K9 because it is poorly managed and a self-centred company with very little knowledge of customer relationship. Its a great business ideas however to much proof in being right and not often apologies. This company expect that your DOG is PERFECT."

All of these are true, but the Fact that my princess Loves Kelsey more than me :) is the greatest testimony in the world. Thank you K for taking such good care of my Fur baby and for your incredible flexibility and willingness to work around our complicated schedule
