This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Just amazing! Everyone has been so warm and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about animals... and their owners. The vets really take their time to make sure you understand everything they have talked to you about, and want to make sure that their patients receive the best care. As an added bonus, it is way less expensive than my previous clinic, and they don't waste your money on unnecessary tests. I won't ever take my pets anywhere else - 100% recommend this amazing place to anyone!Thank you Erin Ridge vet for taking such good care of my furbabies

Compassionate, thorough, friendly, family focused.. those are just a few words I could use to describe Erin Ridge Vet. We followed Dr. Buisman to Erin Ridge to this clinic - she has ALWAYS been someone who truly understood who we were as people and who truly understood what our animals meant to us. When we had to put our beloved Jasper down during COVID, not only did the Erin Ridge staff stay late for us but they gave us all the time in the world to be with him. Dr Buisman was so kind, she not only gave us the time we needed with him but also made Jasper comfortable, she sat on the floor with us and shared in our goodbyes with him. This clinic truly treats our four legged's as if they were a part of their family.Over the years, we have accumulated Labradors and have been able to maintain our senior citizen husky (Who is now 16 yrs old). We would not have been able to keep these 3 as healthy, happy and mobile as they are without this clinic. They have ALWAYS ensure that our dogs had quick treatments, ALL of our questions were answered and would NEVER rush appointments. So for those of you who have had to wait because of us, I am sorry, but know that they would do the same for you. When I have had to rush a puking puppy to them because of an allergic reaction, they fit him in right away... when our boy rough housed so hard one had a ruptured duct in his eye, he was seen ASAP and when our senior dog had uncontrollable diarrhea, they did all the necessary testing (quickly) and ordered an U/S (that was done in 48 hrs) to find out what was happening. For the first time in his 16 yrs, he is now eating 2x a day, has normal bowel movements and is so active.This Veterinarian team is filled with positive, caring individuals. From the time you first call in to book an appt to walking into the clinic, the experience is positive. This team is STELLAR and as Veterinarians move into retirement and a new Veterinarian Professional team is built, I have complete faith that they are building something incredible from their reception to techs to vets this clinic is top notch.When choosing a practice to take your animals too please remember that veterinarian teams are humans. They are highly trained and are continuously working towards offering owners and their pets the best possible medicine. They are taking time away from their families to be with yours, will stay up late thinking about their patients and how to help them - we have personally experienced this type of care from the Erin Ridge team. Thank you Erin Ridge for not only your Professionalism but for loving and caring for our boys as if they were yours. I have taken my bearded dragon to this vet for the last 2+ years and my last time was the end of July 2022. He went for a check up, fecal and a assumed respiratory infection because he had a wheeze when breathing. I was told my dragon didn’t have a RI because his throat wasn’t red which isn’t even a symptom to a RI. His fecal was also clear so I proceeded to allow my dragon to go into brumation. He woke up 2 weeks ago and still breathing funny and started coughing yesterday with fluid and dragons DO NOT COUGH. IT WAS A RI 100% and confirmed by another exotic vet today! My dragon could’ve died during his brumation because of a mistake made by this high ranked exotic vet. When I called today to see if I could get him seen to again because he’s coughing and they already charged me 150+ for nothing then they proceeded to tell me Dr. Jackson was retiring tomorrow and I would have to go elsewhere!! They have lost my business and I will no longer even be taking my dog there! Pet owners who care enough to do their research and take a lizard to the vet should be listened to and when a mistake is made by a vet time should be made to correct it! Lizards aren’t disposable and if your going to label yourself as an exotic vet you should know what your doing and consider what the owner is saying. Thankfully no one else’s exotic pet will suffer because of this vet and I hope they stick to what they know. Very disappointing and I will drive over an hour from now. Money isn’t everything and that is all they care about.

This is an amazing veterinary clinic. The staff area all very professional and compassionate and always go above and beyond for the pets in their care. Thank you Erin Ridge for providing outstanding care to your patients.

Highly recommend Erin Ridge Vet Centre! The staff are very friendly and care about your pet. They have always answered my questions and gotten my puppy in for appointments with short notice when needed. I am always comfortable and confident taking my dog there knowing he will be well taken care of!

A fantastic, caring, kind and compassionate staff. Professional and knowledgeable Veterinarians (as well as caring, kind and compassionate). I have English Bulldogs so I'm no stranger to the Vet. clinic. I recommend Erin Ridge Vet. Center to anybody who asks me if I know a good Vet. in St. Albert or North Edmonton and sometimes I recommend them even if nobody has asked! :^)

My cat Argos had Feline Calicivirus. I spent over $1000 getting unnecessary testing done. Then I was quoted $2000-$3000 to get MORE unnecessary testing done. I never got a diagnosis from this clinic. I opted out of the expensive testing and went to a different vet. My other cats developed symptoms a few days after Argos. Argos is alive and healthy. I don’t trust this clinic and will not be going back.

I have always had pets, and lots of them. Erin Ridge vet is by far the best place i have ever taken them. Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming and treats my animals with love and care.

the best vet clinic i could have taken my baby girl to. after years of fighting with a previous clinic for years on treatment, dr wheeler was able to diagnose Kiwi with psychoactive hypoalopecia and within days, Kiwi has improved to the best health she’s been in years. Dr Wheeler is kind, compassionate and she listens and works with the pet parent to get to the bottom of a situation. the clerks and assistants and also incredibly lovely and you can tell they truly love the work they do and love the animals they get to see. animals are worshipped in that clinic and scared parents are heard. thank you.
