My engagement ring was bent, I called and went in durning the pandemic. I’ve never been treated with such respect and love at a place of business. I can legit cry over how amazing this place is! It really warmed my heart! My ring looks like new, it took all of 15 mins and cost $20! I’ll absolutely be returning and be referring everyone I know here! I’m so thankful for you all! ♥️

Went in for a battery change for a Coach watch- cost me $8.00 and was finished in about 2 minutes. Excellent service, especially since every other place was quoting me $75.00- for a battery change! Very friendly service, would recommend to anybody.

I dropped off a watch to have the arm on it repaired. It had fallen off. I was given a ticket with a pick up time. Upon my return the watch was ready and it worked perfect. I would highly recommend.

I have taken jewelry there for repair work, batteries, etc. They provide wonderful service and are reasonably priced. I had been to other stores that charged a lot more for the same work. I will stay with Darnell Jewelers.

My husband dropped off my MK watch to have the battery changed and links added back onto the watch. The gentleman working there was very accommodating. He's a man of few words, but his timeliness and handiwork speaks for itself. I would highly recommend.

Came in today to replace the battery in 3 watches- it took less than 10 minutes to complete, and was only $8 per battery. Amazing value and quick service! Will be coming back for all my repair and replacement needs.

Walked in to have links taken out of my watch band the gentleman was helpful and had it done and a battery put in another watch in just a few minutes!! And for less than $20.00!!!

I have a Rosary and one of the links broke. I took it in and explained what it should look like. They had never done work on a Rosary. I picked it up today and it is amazing! The link connection blends in very well with the rest. I'm so thankful to have it back in great condition.

I went in today to see if I could get some pearls fixed. They are CLOSING at the end of the month so they couldn't do the job. : (
