10/10 service, the employee ryley especially. While selling my gold a group of pirates invaded the store. After picking up one of Beck Antiques many swords he proceeded to fight off the entire platoon of pirates. Saving not only my life but also those of the other customers he then gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received. And even sold me the sword he vanquished the pirates with for a more than fair price 10/10 if you dont go here what are you doing with your life.

Decent selection here, nice displays of collectible coins & banknotes too.Staff were nice enough but seemed to prefer talking to each other, rather than sell something.There was a banknote there that I wanted to buy, but it was priced $50 HIGHER than the premium in the current Charlton catalogue. The store clerk refused to match the catalogue price, and I'm certainly not paying $50 more.($200 for a $150 item?)The clerk also refused to negotiate on a rare nickel, worth about $100 but priced at $150.So, I'm in no rush to return here, just to be taken advantage of.I'm guessing that this is why the store was so empty of customers.

I was looking at getting my daughters watch bracelet shortened and saw this store in the mall. When you step inside, it's full of intriguing collectibles everywhere you turn. Spoke to a gentleman at the desk who politely listened and took the watch, and within no time, the bracelet was fixed. He was courteous and thanked us for coming in. I will come back as there were things that I would like to see again and that I needed to take my time. Honestly there is lots for you to see and buy! Great looking place for sure.

Came in one time with my girlfriend to browse the store, the staff were incredibly friendly. I came back in myself sometime later to pick up a pair of earrings she pointed out. The man who helped me was incredibly nice and sold me the earrings for a good price and my girlfriend loved them. They have a very wide selection and a lot of cool stuff. Definitely worth anybody's time to check out!

This is a wonderful store bringing culture to a boring mall. I don't really go to this mall unless I'm going to Beck's. Their silver is 6$ a gram over market value but that's still a very good price as it's usually jewelry and is beautiful. They have an assortment of antiques on display in working order. I have from time to time found myself using antiques as they are still basically bran new in packaging! Good job! Staff is friendly

I wanted to have a look out of curiosity as I love browsing around shops like this, a lovely friendly lady greeted me as I walked in. Beck's had a friendly atmosphere and I didn't feel hurried, I could take my time looking around.The staff seemed knowledgeable, and they had a real passion for connecting with customers.I love discovering places like this that fly under the radar, because it’s exciting to be able to share it with others. And I actually get really excited when I see places like this that don’t have that many reviews because I feel as if it’s telling me that this place is either a hidden gem or it’s a small or new location that no one has ever or has yet to discover.Definitely a place to stop if you're in the area!

10/10 customer service, lydia drove me over there during school and helped me look through a ton of 50 cent pieces just so i could get a good deal. Amazing store will return again

Great place to find cool things for a pretty good price. Has an extremely competitive precious metals buy and sell. Highly recommend
