Needed help with a flat tire at the of the day. They were more than happy to help and got me back on the road in no time.

I made 3 appointments for early a.m. for the same simple tire replacement at the time Jesse requested; yet when I came at each of these one of these appointment times, he told me 1st, to return 45 mins later; 2nd, 1 hr later; & 3rd, even 2 hrs later. He said it was my problem" if I could not come back. That was unfair to me & he owes me an apology

Jesse was great! Fixed our car on short notice and was super friendly.

Jesse had my car for two days. When I called on the second day, for an update, he said it needed a new timing belt, but didn't have the part. I left the car for the next day - and when I called at the end of that day, he said he hadn't gotten around to it yet. The next day he did it, called me to pick it up, and the bill was almost $700 to replace the timing belt and a couple other belts (he said it would be easier to replace all the belts, and said that's what he did).Eight months later, my alternator belt squeals like a banshee, so after taking it to Kal Tire, they tell me it's cracked, dry, and needs replacing - after Jesse supposedly replaced it last year.I'm so glad I don't have to rely on his service anymore.

Jesse is amazing, had my truck in twice it was an awesome, honest experience. Went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you!
