I have been going to this clinic since I arrived in Ottawa. I have received excellent health care from Dr. Rangwala, and the nurses and Medical Reception team. They are an excellent team and have not ever made my health care feel inadequate. Keep up the great work!

waiting time is very long and no parking available which you will get parking ticket while still waiting. they give wrong appointment dates. if there is minus stars or numbers, i would give it. for that reason I rarely go there.

I had the most hellish medical care experience of my life at this clinic, where I was bullied and forced to leave because I had provided not even negative just a balanced input on the clinic's services and, having been invited to identify myself by name in case they wanted to do follow-up, had done so. I had no idea that here, in Canada, a person might be persecuted for simply providing a solicited opinion. The consequences of being thrown out of this clinic at a very vulnerable time in my life were very serious.
