Great place

It's a junk yard and they will ask you to get insurance. Once you get storage insurance they will sight unseen tell you your equipment is junk and won't take it. I wouldn't support such an unprofessional business that has such trouble communicating.

Great everything Robbin is the person (guy) to talk to, very friendly and hospitital. Best outside accommodations and friendly neighbors. 4 of 5 only because the other girl (nice lady) we had some miscommunication on the paperwork in the end ( she's still really nice, but Robyn helped clear up. I gave them lotsa business, and I'm just about to give them some more, recomded to all my friends

Nice staff, good pricing, gated property kept closed. Vehicle, RV, boat, they store anything! Will return next season.

The worst customer service. My wife Leah is an ER healthcare workers and we are trying to store a travel trailer that can be used for health care worker quarantines or if they need a place to stay closer to work during this pandemic. We drove 5 hours to get to the storage facility. We got there before closing and just needed to get the keys and give them the insurance. I had to pull the insurance documents up on my phone. Once I pulled them up it was 5 minutes past closing. The lady refused to give us the keys and allow us to check in. We live in the city and have nowhere to park the trailer. All we were trying to do is provide a space for the people on the front lines to have a place to stay and needed a place to store it when no in use. The lady asked us to leave and we sat out side out the gate trying to figure out where and what to do as the lady (who lives on site) chats it up with another customer. We were nice and cheerful when we showed up only to me met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. We went back one more time asking her to have compassion to our situation before she left. We would have taken 5 minuets of her time. We were going to pay for 6 months of storage up front but unless they make the situation right we are taking our business somewhere else. I honestly have never been treated so rudely by someone who I’m trying to give my money too.

I love this place, very friendly and helpful people. It has everything you need, sometimes you just have to ask!

Called today and asked if they had a spot for a boat and was told they don’t store boats?

Nice place and friendly staff. I had to park my RV ther for 2 months due to an emergency. The process was fast and clear.
