Fido (Available in the Rogers store)

This is not the review of this shop, but it is the review of the Fido company.I have not been using fido service since February 2020. Fido put unnecessary extra charges on me from February to August 2020. I can't pay them any charges since I didn't use their sim card since February.They are constantly emailing me and trying to create unnecessary problem for me. They are saying, just because I didn't call them to request the cancellation of Fido service I still have to pay them the charges. While I already refused them because I didn't use their service.

Bad experience with this store! Zaki was rude and not helpful for a new immigrant. I got my number in another store without his unreasonable excuses.

Can't agree with other negative reviews. I had great experience with this Fido branch and they're willing to serve me as best as they can. I highly recommend this place.

Best service I've ever had from a mobile shop.

My wife and I were long time Fido clients. We recently left for some better promos with another carrier, I wanted to say what a joy it was working with this particular Fido retailer (on St-Denis).The staff are very rare breed, who consistently strive to provide *customer service* far above trying to trick or pressure people into stuff they don't need. Even AFTER leaving for another carrier, dropped in today for a quick question about an issue with free Fido rewards phone (after hours with Fido on the phone without results), and got immediate and top notch support.Fido (home office and support phone ) could learn a lot from this store. Myself and my husband wanted to move our numbers to Fido and we got there barely 30 mins before the store closing time. The store attendants were extremely helpful and stayed late till we got everything we needed done. Hadi and Evelyn were super helpful and deserve a huge shout-out!

You can not have such services in other Fido stores.

Whoever hired the gal called MARIE , I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU WERE THINKING SHE IS ENTITLED RUDE AND TREATS YOU LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZENS , I HAD TO BEG FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AM LIKE THIS IS YOUR JOB ......I DONT GET WHY YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE RUDE ........THIS HAPPENED TODAY BETWEEN 2PM AND 4PM 28.03.2019........I THINK SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AM STILL FUMING , I HAD TO USE A WORD I HATE AND REALIZED THATS WHEN I AM LOSING SO I LEFT

Asking the client to give a 9/10 at the Fido evaluation isn't really professional, especially when you didn't give the best service you could.
