Had my tires put on today as i called in last minute to put them on very nice guys up front and even stayed late to squeeze me in thanks again guys i will be back!!:)

Called for winter tires. They took me in last minute for tire service no troubles no worries. Very friendly staff. Will recommend to anyone who needs tires

0 starts! Placed a order for a set of 2 tires. Got a call the next day to pick it up, after waiting for 1 hours I got to know they never received the tires and didn’t knew who called me from there office and was promised to get a follow up which I never received. Got another call 10ish days later about the tires as they were ready for pickup and I told the lady on the phone about what happened, she told me they will refund the deposit and she would follow up and call me back.Stay away from these guys, there are better tire dealers around GTA

I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with this business and I feel compelled to share my experience. The level of customer service I received was subpar at best. Not only was I repeatedly hung up on during my attempt to seek assistance, but I also caught the staff members in blatant lies.I must warn others to steer clear of this establishment due to their unprofessional and deceitful practices. It has come to my attention that they have even gone to the extent of changing their business name to erase all previous negative reviews, which is an alarmingly shady tactic.Based on my personal experience and subsequent research, I find this business to be utterly untrustworthy. I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing them and suggest seeking alternative options with more reliable and reputable establishments.

So happy to have come across jay and his team at bodykit warehouse. They had a light bar for my old Pony in stock, they were also able to install on one of the cleanest fit and finished aftermarket pieces on my car. So happy with the part and service performed. This is Brampton's hidden gem! Cannot wait to do business again!!

Its such a disappointed experience with them. They don’t even know the meaning of customer service. STEPHIE is the owner i think but she is so rude she don’t know how to speak with customer. We pay them to get services. If I am calling them to ask about the updates of rim. She literally said don’t call again and again our phone is ringing here from morning. That’s not my problem we need to know about the rims we are going there every day they said it not here yet. They are such a lier before they said it 50$ each rim when you are going to buy they said it 80$. They give wrong information to customers. Plz teach some ethics to shephie.
