They don't answer there phone as a matter of course and pretend it is a momentary influx of calls. Cannot wait on hold nor request a call back. Symptomatic of the incompetence that is the order of the day.

This place is not doing it's job in a proper manner and to me is a place of dysfunctional government. I see a problem with our legal system and believe it is broken in my view for the people. This creates a loss of trust towards citizens in a system that is in my view dishonest not working fairly for the people.

Useless use of tax payer dollar, 45 minutes on hold. When I asked him too many questions the guy just literally hung up the phone.

1 star is too much, have called and complained to reception only to be put on hold for hours at a time or have the call hung up in my face before anyone picks up. Nobody call's back from here, even after I have let the reception know civil and human rights were violated, which has also been reported to the Human Rights of Canada. They do not take complaints and would suggest complaining to your local M.P.P office for better results and even my local one stated it be 1-2 weeks if they even bothered" to call back. Total waste of tax payer dollars."

I own rental properties. One tennant has her rent paid by the Ministry of the Attorney General. Rent is late every month, I have to chase her case worker every single month for payment. Every month the case worker says, sorry I forgot, or I thought I sent it, there is a new excuse every month. This month the case worker thinks because they paid a double payment in Oct (that was applied to Oct and Nov rent) that she has paid Dec. Not very smart. Doyle doesn't rule. It is frusterating how they don't understand bills are paid monthy and should be on time.Update: This case worker Jade Doyle was extremely difficult to deal with the tennant is finally out but Jade Doyle her case worker from here is refusing to pay the last months rent. The apartment they also refuse to pay for cleaning. The apt was left damaged, and had to have someone kill the bugs twice, the tenant was mentallly ill and hoarded garbage for 2.5 yrs and Jade says too bad it was not in the lease agreement so they can leave the apt like it is. Never rent to anyone using the MOAG! I have no words but the case workers are useless.

Absolutely useless, when you call you get a message saying they aren't taking calls. What is the point of even having the phone number?

Shockingly very corrupt.The employees want more bench warrant.theysrrbfeloghted to see you suffering.Paging the top management kindly do a drastic overhaul of your corrupt emplyees
