ARCO sectional is beautiful and modern, we were very happy with our purchase until about 3 years in....The cushions have become very soft (they have lost all the firmness they had) and their Italian rubber webbing" is shot and needs to be replaced. Although they completely deny that they've had issues with their rubber webbing and refuse to do anything about it. We've had 2 upholstery companies come and assess our beautiful sectional and the repairs would cost an upward of $2500 for the webbing and cushions. I should add that Italdivani was charging $1100 for new foam cushions (what??!!). Good thing we didn't purchase from them

J'ai acheté leur fauteuil en cuir du type lazy boy en 2012 Je l'ai utilisé tous les jours, presque toute la soirée. C'est seulement maintenant, après sept ans, que le rembourrage du coussin (siège) a besoin d'un nouveau rembourrage. Malheureusement ce fabricant n'est pas pressé de procéder au remplacement, ne lit même pas ses messages à chaque jour.

Update: reduced from 2 stars. Company finally got back to me and replaced the firm cushions on my Sottile sofa with extra-firm ones (I mean rock hard). Owner was disdainful of my diy attempt to fix the sag in my sofa with plywood. Said we should have asked for extra firm webbing and cushions when buying the sofa. To give them benefit of doubt I tried the new cushions for 6 months. Sofa centre dips/sags even now with new cushions which are super hard and even more uncomfortable than the original ones. I don't recommend this sofa. One star because the company finally responded and gave me new cushions at no extra cost.First review: 2 stars coz we're pleased with the non-Italdivani pieces we bought from their showroom. Very disappointed with the Sottile sofa we bought. Although the floor model appeared to have a fairly firm seat, the seats in our sofa sink badly after less than a year (no kids or pets). Neither seat nor back offer any support. No response to our email seeking a solution from the company.

Our family has 4 sofas/sectionals from ItalDivani, and 3 armchairs. Everything but one sectional is about a decade old, and is in pristine condition, after all this time. We couldn't be happier with both the quality and style of the pieces we've bought from them — hence why we went back to them for our newest sectional.
