I had universal do a lot of painting and patch work for me and alls I can say is WOW!The service was fantastic, they worked my schedule and the jobs were outstanding every time. Perfect cut lines very clean and organized, any question I had they were able to answer without hesitation. The work they did to say the least is the best around I have had other local big companies come and do work for me and it is not in comparison. They sand all the walls after each coat and leaves for an amazingly smooth wall. I got them to do a few of my rental properties and my own house and have have many references.
