Felix's Swim School Beaches

They have the best adult swim classes that I’ve tried in the city. The instructors push you to try new things but also ask you for your comfort level so that you’re psychologically ready (if you have any fear of water). I’ve learnt more in these classes than I’ve learnt anywhere else. The low student to teacher ratio helps with making progress. The saltwater pool instead of chlorine is such a bonus.

I can't say enough about how awesome the classes are at Felix Swim School! The instructors are truly amazing and have worked wonders with my 5-year-old son. He went from having a fear of water to feeling completely comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to help their child overcome water fears and develop swimming skills.

The fact that I paid $800+ for 3 months of classes still stings! My child caught Covid half way through the semester- I called and called and must have left like 3 voice messages along with multiple emails to book makeup classes but no response. Then when I finally managed to go and ask in-person, they denied receiving any voice message and said I must have called the wrong number. They kept saying I was supposed to use the makeup classes within the semester but they couldn’t give me any spot for the longest time till I pushed and then they finally booked me in a different location. Very little accountability for the kind of money we paid!**In response to Felix: I was entitled to a 3rd makeup class due to TDSB School closure, as all classes were cancelled! Even then I was given quite the runaround to book that class.

For well over 1 year and countless email correspondence I have yet to receive a booking for one child or better yet a simple full refund. Constant backpedalling to accommodate an initial booking made over 2 years ago when pandemic hit and yet to date multiple new season classes have been posted for new registration....and here I stand.Last email sent back in October and yet zero response. Unbelievable that I need to broadcast to this level...little regard for customers.

Both our children rave about the classes and cannot wait for their next lesson! School staff is very attentive and approaches students with care and dedication. The progress of our children is very impressive. Thank you, Felix's Team!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Felixs swim school! When our 4 year old started lessons, he was extremely shy…he was reluctant to even get in the water during the first class. He ended up bonded with one of the staff Theo (who wasn’t an instructor in the pool that day), and after trying for half the class to get my kid in the pool, Theo changed into his swimsuit and JUMPED IN THE POOL with him to help him feel comfortable with the idea of lessons. It was a total game changer. My kid had a blast that day and has loved every lesson since then! ❤️

My daughter attended Felix's and loved every class! The instructors were passionate, very professional, and nice. I'm happy that the classes weren't crowded and my daughter was given equal attention. I was extremely happy with the progress she made in the session! I will definitely keep bringing her back, as well as enroll my youngest
