I haven't been in a few years, but every single piece of wool I purchased to make tailored shift dresses, was absolutely exquisite, and still lasting all this time. I've more dresses to be made, so THIS is the fabric store I'll be going to, nothing else. High quality fabric, excellent customer service, good prices for the quality.

Back in '15 I purchased material here to make a jacket for my kilt. I got the up and down from another client waiting his turn. Turns out he was a big deal designer and he was selecting wool for his own client. So....The Wool House has the Choice material period.

They have the nicest wools I’ve ever seen. I wasn’t looking for a lot of yardage and the owner recommended I look through the remnants, which were an excellent deal. He knew so much about each fabric and was able to tell me exactly where each one came from as well as their price by the yard, all off the top of his head. I will certainly go back next time I’m in Toronto

This is the textile shop with quality around Queen West, I have been shopped this street around for about four years and my tastes evolved. Their fabrics are the most dandy in around, if you want a customized suit for yourself, this is your choice, they got fancy fabrics from Scotland,England etc. get rid of those glitter and shop here for some true gold!

By far the best fabric store in Toronto. I say this because of their quality of fabrics (sourced from Scotland, Ireland, Australia, Egypt to name a few), and most importantly their customer service - specifically a man named Salim. Salim was such a pleasant to chat with. He was welcoming and very knowledgable. He went through great lengths to find the fabric I wanted. If you ever come across Salim - he is the nicest person you will meet!
