Chris and his team did an excellent job for us. They were contracted to repave our existing runway that was in poor condition and our driveway, which had never been paved previously.The runway was an old tar-and-chip strip covered in weeds. They applied herbicide twice and then employed a milling machine to grind up the existing base before paving it. Our driveway just needed to have some granular material added to level it out before paving.The quality of the work is excellent and their price was quite reasonable. The whole crew that was out were working hard the whole time. It was hard to keep track of everything that was going on!For comparison, we had to watch a commercial paver in Oakville redo a parking lot because the first time they did it the result was so bad that the first rain caused water to pool at least 6 deep outside the garage doors. The owner of that company (now out of business) argued that he'd done a good job.Watching Alex Paving was a night and day difference. One guy carried around a long level and kept checking the fall of the pavement the whole time."
