Was told about this place for making a killer shawarma so I drove to the Dufferin in langstaff area.From the moment you walked in you're treated like a VIP. The problem with a lot of shawarma places is they store their chicken on their hot table for who knows how long and they don't make their own pita wraps. Here at Mr laffa they make their own pitas and they cut the chicken off the spit. Very very good they're baklavas were excellent and they were very nice people. The shawarma was excellent I just get chicken pickles and garlic. The baklavas were very very good this is a highly recommended place. I would say in my top three shawarma places in Vaughan. Thanks to the team at Mr LAFFA

Great food, superb customer service!Mister Laffa has all your great authentic flavours, large menu and generous portions..Customer service is what makes it even better, Hassan is an exceptional operator, he always makes you feel welcomed, and he’s great at what he does!I highly recommend the chicken Schnitzel plates and Laffas!

This was the worst shawarma spot I have ever tried in my entire life. The food was so bad, the hummus tasted disgusting, literally like cardboard; I almost threw up. The food was served cold, and super bland. The entire place is so unsanitary and THE STAFF, so rude. They are taking advantage of each of their customers, it’s horrible. I hated coming here, team Zagros till the day I die. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Good Israeli shawarma, probably the best that you can find in the Thornhill area. They make laffa on spot, so it's the best option, although pitas are very fresh and tasty.It could be busy at times, especially during lunch hours, but still the food is amazing, so worth waiting.

I have been to this place before and the food was ok…I have had better shawarma, but what my daughter shared with me today, upset me and hence the review! They made her wait for over 15 minutes for a small order to prepare a larger order that came in after her…apparently these people spoke the establishment’s mother tongue, Hebrew. At the end of it all she had to ask for a refund as the order took way too long. The person working behind the counter completely ignored my daughter. I would hate to think that this establishment gives preference to a certain ethnic/religious group (one affiliated with the restaurant), but unfortunately that’s how it appeared to my daughter. We live in an inclusive society and this experience paints a very different picture of this establishment. If you don’t belong to the community affiliated with this restaurant I would recommend you stay away. I will be calling the location to speak to the management also.

I went there for the first time and it was a great overall experience. The people who work there are very friendly and courteous. The food was delicious. The laffa bread was super fresh and the hummus was yummy. Restaurant was clean and covid 19 protocols were being followed properly. We ordered the hummus with Full & eggs along with a side order of falafels. The main dish came with a fresh laffa and the hummus was mouth watering. Portion size was more than enough for two people. I would definitely visit again whenever I'm in town and try some other menu items. Highly recommended.

Best Israeli/Arab food in the area. Great Falafel, Hummus and Shawarma, all wrapped in the amazing laffa" which is baked fresh in the restaurant. The review won't be complete without mentioning the owner

The customer service at this store is top notch, never been to a shawarma place where the customer is treated like royalty haha.However the prices are quite steep, $20 for a plate.The store itself is fairly sized with a few places to sit.
