This place is great. It's sort of out in the boonies so I'd never known before that it existed. Took my car there for an oil and filter change recently - they were fantastic. Great service! I will indeed be back!

Terrible service at this dealership. Brought my 2021 GMC Denali 2500hd 3 times for A/C problems.Last time I brought it I was advised by service manager that they can’t find the problem and I have to live with it until GM finds a solution. (Really) $100,000 dollar truck and I have to deal with it. Went to Niagara falls for holiday, in extreme heat with no a/c. Contacted gm dealer in Niagara at 9 am, appointment at 1030am out by 1230 and a/c fixed. Go figure...

Well guess I won’t be dealing with Surgenor! Been to both locations with my truck for trade evaluation and both were off by $6500!!! Compared to what two different Myers dealers offered! Surgenor wasn’t even interested in trying to match anything to make any kind of sale… back to Myers!

Buying a brand new car in 2022 is a bit tricky at times and a whole new ball game. A dealer can make it or break it for you and the Surgenor team at Barrhaven GM made it for us. It was a great experience, a class act. While we over anxiously waited for our new Chevy Bolt EUV to come off the assembly line, Steve Morrison kept us up-to-date with regular updates on it's journey to our driveway. Steve was very knowledgeable on electric cars and knew the Bolt well. Even after we bought the car and while waiting for it to arrive we would drop in to look at the floor model and he'd spent a lot of time answering our questions and showing us stuff" about it ... a lot of stuff. We went in there about three weeks ago looking to buy a Chevy 3500 dumper with a Salter and a plough on it. Unfortunately, we have to wait to build up some capital to put down on the vehicle but they were able to get a great price they were able to get us approved, the customer service was phenomenal before and after one of their sales reps is in the middle of trying to hunt me down a beautiful red on black high country Chevy pick up truck the service at this dealership when it comes to commercial trucks and equipment is phenomenal the conveniently located enterprise office inside makes renting a car easy Before this winter we are going to be picking up a Chevy 3500 dumper with a Salter and a plough and hopefully a 2500 plough truck they go out of their way to make sure these vehicles are equipped. Make sure these vehicles are ready for all your construction property, maintenance and Snow Removal needs , check them out

Melanie was great to deal with she delivers great customer service. Dealership did a great job on my car, we have taken my car here twice so far, only little minor disappointed is other dealerships will give your car a quick wash but surgenor did not.
