I highly recommend Eden West Gourmet in Port Moody for a fun and delicious date night idea! Chef Luis is a true master in the kitchen, and his mouthwatering Mexican dishes will leave you with full bellies and big smiles. Not only are the dishes amazing, but Chef Luis' contagious personality and cooking skills make for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to try out our new cooking skills at home after attending one of his classes. I attended a cooking demo called From Fjord to Table and had a fabulous time! I wasn't sure how the night would go, but we ended up learned some helpful kitchen and cooking tips on making deliciously fresh, seasonal recipes from Chef Glenys Morgan while she fed us a 5 course meal! I will definitely be going to another in the future, our group had a blast. The event is BYOB so bring a bottle of your fave vino and they supply the glasses. There's a brief break halfway through where you can shop the store with 10% off! Great spot to get gifts for both acquaintances and your loved ones.

What a fun class and so close to my new home. We were given the Date Night in a French Bistro class as a gift and what fun it was. Chef Valentine was super engaging and the food she made the class was fantasique!

My daughter took me to Eden West Gourmet for the Mother’s Day High Tea. It was such a fun and informative experience to learn how to make beautiful cupcakes, scones, madeleines, sandwiches from Chef Sue Wiebe! Chef Sue is a delight to learn from. Her expertise and rapport with the class made for a memorable experience I won’t forget.It was also my first time at Eden West gourmet, and it won’t be the last! Great products in the shop including hard to find and unique specialty items. The 10% off for attending the class is a bonus! Highly recommend!

Wear your fat pants! You will leave class thoroughly stuffed.This is my 3rd cooking class at Eden West Gourmet. I keep coming back because it’s always a wonderful experience: the Chefs create amazing dishes, share the history of each dish, showcase how they are made and what potential substitutes can be used.It doesn’t hurt that on the break you can shop for any ingredients you will need to recreate the dishes at home.Can’t wait to see what classes you’ll have for 2023!

I took my sister here for her birthday dinner and it was such a great experience. The chef and staff were very nice. We got to sample some of the items in the store which was really nice while we waited for the main. We did the vegan class and the food was great, really easy to remake at home which I love. Definitely need to do this again!

We had the pleasure of taking a French Bistro cooking class with Valentine! Not only is she from France but she is an exquisite chef who definitely knows how to cook French cuisine. The menu will be incorporated into our own cooking and cannot wait to have family and friends over to show what we’ve learned. Definitely recommend Eden West for a cooking class and date night! Well done! Bravo!

What a great experience to take clients to a Sourdough baking class at Eden West. Valentine was funny, engaging and very thorough of the process. Eden West provided charcuterie boards and other special treats while we learned how to make bread. We were also able to get our hands on the dough and brought some home to bake. A memorable experience and we’ll be back again. 5/5 for sure!
