HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Did not show up for scheduled install after day was confirmed. Did not call to explain why. When I called and expressed my disappointment I was told they sent the crew to another job.This caused significant disruption for me and when I expressed this they hung up on me saying he didn't need my business or hassel.What kind of service or even respect is that? Would not recommend this business or ever use them again. I was the one who must now reschedule my work, pet care, and cleaning crew because of their incompetence but they hang up on me...incredible!If the owner reads these reviews I am happy for you to reach out and discuss a resolution.

Moved to Huntsville not too long ago and had tried different locations to shop for flooring. Kim was absolutely amazing here........customer service and product knowledge is the best! One stop shop - no need to look anywhere else! Thanks Kim for going above and beyond!!!!

The installers worked efficiently and were respectful of our business while they worked. The finished job was excellent and thoughtfully done as always. Andrew did an excellent job on our tile and Greg and Stacy knocked the carpet install out of the park.
