Avenue Road was very professional. They showed up on time, did he work and I presume it's good work. I won't know for many years, will I? But they were good people and did exactly what one would hope a professional company would. And they were not overly expensive, which made it very easy to deal with them.

Avenue Road Roofing and Avenue Road Masonry are outstanding companies. From start to finish everyone was professional, extremely helpful, all our concerns were addressed and the work was done on time and efficiently. At the end of the job a thorough cleanup followed by a follow-up inspection was completed.

I was happy enough with the shingling of my roof, although there was confusion about what was to be done when the workers came.I am NOT happy that two months after the work was completed and paid in full, the damage to my neighbour's siding and the breaking of a very large terra cotta planter if mine has yet to be dealt with.Update 11 months later, July 4, 2023I did not get the re-shingling done because of a leak, but a leak DID develop AFTER the shingling job. It happened sometime while I was away in January/February.I reported it in March, with video showing the water dripping down from the ceiling and now, 4 months later, someone from the warranty department is finally coming out to look at the roofing job. The original person responsible came out with a drone and told me that the leak was from my flat roof and was going to quote me the price for that huge job!But the leak only started AFTER their work.

We had a great experience with Avenue Roofing. Phil and his team were prompt and reliable. He said they would be back in two weeks and came back before that after I told them the leak was in my son's room. They also gave us a fair quote. I highly recommend!

My parent’s roof has had a small chronic leak over the last 10 years, even though they had a new roof installed and several patches by various roofers, none of whom appeared to know what they were doing. When the leak became worse after a major storm this summer, we decided to get quotes on a new roof. We called three of the top roofing companies in Toronto to quote on the project, one of which provided a quote without even going up on the roof or sending up a drone to inspect the roof! Although the quote presented by Matthew, the consultant from Avenue Road Roofing, was not the least expensive, his professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and friendly, down-to-earth manner inspired our confidence. Whenever I contacted him, he always responded promptly and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. Blake, the project coordinator was also really amazing, promptly responding to my emails and calls. He contacted me immediately and since the project would not start for a few weeks, he arranged for a temporary repair to hold us in case there was any heavy rain prior to the start date. In order to provide the least disruption for the roof replacement, Blake also arranged for a larger crew for the project. They arrived on time and worked really hard throughout the day and even into the evening, completing the project in one day. The team members were very courteous, protected our property, and were respectful of our neighbours. They did a top notch job!I was so impressed with the workmanship on my parent’s roof that I called Matthew to do an inspection of the roof on my house, which was replaced about 12 years ago by another company. I wasn’t confident in the work as we had experienced a leak around our chimney which was repaired by a chimney company last year when the other roofer would not come back to do the repair. Matthew did an inspection and reported that everything looked good. I’m fairly certain that some other roofing company representatives would have told me that we needed some work done. When the time comes that our roof does need replacement or repairs, I will only need to make one call...to Avenue Road Roofing.

We had some gutter repairs done and snow rails installed to prevent snow from sliding down. It was done sooner than we had expected and completed as promised. Communication before, during and after the project was great. We are very pleased with the results.

I recently had Phil come to my place to do roofing estimate. Since 2019 this has been the 3rd inspection and I have been pleasantly surprised to hear that my roof continues to be in good condition. It is great to know that this is a honest and ethical company. Not replacing a roof when it doesn't need one. I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend.

They are not the cheapest vendor, but they do extremely good work. I went with a lower cost vendor for a skylight installation, and the roof was still leaking. Avenue Rd came in and resolved all of the issues. They were also extremely professional, and laid down tarps to protect our adjacent deck, which was highly appreciated.

All workers were responsive, polite and worked hard.The company is a leader in customer service. Each step of the process was explained so that we knew what to expect. Questions were always answered respectfully and thoroughly.If you want a quality roof above builder code, this is a company for you.

SHOCKINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL - I live next door to a home that used these guys today. At the end of the day, they dumped all the debris from the job, including an old sky light and garbage bags of waste that are extremely heavy on the sidewalk in front of MY property. The garbage bags cover half the sidewalk.Completely unprofessional. See the photos below. Keep in mind all of this debris is in front a house they did not work on (mine) and the house that they did work has nothing in front of it. Shockingly unprofessional.
