I'm a new customer, been three times. I thought it was going to be overpriced tea, but it really isn't. (unless you're buying the tins that you take home, I'd say they're pricey) It's very Clean and the customer service is 10/10. There's a huge selection of tea and they make it easy to find what your looking for. Staff is very welcoming and informative. I'll definitely go back and support them over Starbucks or Tim hortons any day.

Walking in this store for the 1st time was like being a kid in a candy store! Great tea experience and customer service by Michaela! My friend suggested this nutty tea blend and both my Mom and I purchased a tin and registered with their tea club.

The girls that were working were happy and knowledgeable. They had their own opinions in the tea but also knew what other people had thought and what to recommend based on what you had liked in the past. They were a little distracted it seemed and it took a little longer than I would have liked to cash out at the register but the attitude and service was great otherwise.

Zehra at David's Tea in Square One was amazing. Knowledgeable about the teas and easy to talk to. Very patient as well and suggested great teas to try! She was so helpful getting all the loose leaf tea together and packaged the way I needed. Thank you!!

Visited the store for the first time and Jen helped me out. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with great recommendations. As a coffee lover forced to give it up, the teas she recommended might just do the trick!If you go and need any help, definitely ask for Jen!

In love with their flavoured Matcha powders. The lady working was very helpful and friendly, kindly explaining everything because I'm new to the vast world of tea! The only thing I don't like about DavidsTEA is that they push things like spoons and special shaker cups when a tablespoon and an immersion blender at home do just fine. However, it is a business and I understand the goal of upselling! Just be sure to do a little research or you can walk away with necessary" items that you don't truly need

Love getting my teas from here. Staff are always pleasant and welcoming, very helpful and patient. Love all the teaware they also sell to help you enjoy all the delicious teas they offer!

One of my favourite tea shops I've ever been to. Love that they always have lots and lots of flavours to choose from. I don't live near a store, so whenever I get close to one, I end up getting several different teas to bring home. I always look forward to coming back. Staff at this particular store have been extremely helpful in deciding which teas to try (and were very patient while we made our decisions!)
