Firstly, it's a chain.....but we REALLY need one out West.Pretty popular place, but the ordering line moves pretty quickly. It's kind of a hybrid......between a Fast Food Burger/Taco Bell/Subway in that whatever you order is made fresh and then goes to the topping bar" for a wide array of toppings & sauces.......such a great idea.The Belly Buster Three Patty is not as daunting as it sounds.....about the same "filling factor" as a Carl's Junior Really Big Carl/Wendy's Triple/Double ¼ Pounder etc......but really quite tasty.The Monster Mozzarella Crunch was tasty. the Triple Bacon Poutine was a definite nice addition......3 types of bacon in a very tasty beef gravy with huge chunks of cheese curds (not like many that toss Mozzarella in the mix of some powdered gravy mix).Seating is a bit of a challenge.....two LONG table with bar seats

This was not a good dining experience. High prices for the quality of food we received. Everything was underseasoned. Fries were cold and bland, so were the onion rings. Hot dog was nothing special. Burgers were ok, but at $17 for a burger, I expected better. Even the fountain pop tasted bad. Long wait time as well. (I don't mind waiting if the food is worth it - this was not).

Delicious burger place with Mexican food on the side. You get to dress the burger yourself, even though the menu makes it seem like they are premade. Their vegetarian options are great, avoiding the boring typical expectation of veggie burger". Highly recommend! Service is a bit slower than fast food

Got a delicious meal yesterday. The service was great and the meals were massive. It was a bit on the pricy side but worth it in the end. The guy doing our toppings was comical and very friendly.

I come through here whenever I'm travelling and I've literally never had a bad experience, it's tasty and the people working there are always very sweet. Everything is clean and quick and lovely!

Unique restaurant. Good food but a little slow. I wouldn't recommend dining in the atmosphere is a bit uncomfortable. Loud AC and strange layout. Feels like eating in a mall food court. Take out would have been better as the food was solid.

Food is always great here. The servings are always pretty big, especially for the price of food. Service is mostly great and fast. I have been when there are big lines and the wait is minimal even when that happens.

Ethan was such a pleasure to talk to. He handled staffing shortages like a champ! The food is of course awesome, but the service was where it's at!
