Super busy but the service was extremely fast!! I only had about 20 minutes for lunch and I was super happy with the short amount of time I had to wait. I thought I would be waiting for way longer but the staff was fast and efficient! Great job!!

Prompt and friendly service. The food is what you expect from McDonalds; consistently the same quality, served warm and fresh, but be careful as you pull out of this establishment as their advertisements poster boards get in the way of driving out safely onto an extremely busy street. And the drive out sign and garbage can could easily be located elsewhere. Anyways! Drive out safely.. But I have no other beef with this place.

Bad wheelchair accessibility. Disappointing for a McDonald's as they usually do better. This could easily be improved and much safer. The way it is now is a huge liability for them.

It took over 10 minutes to receive our order. Two other orders that were placed after us received their food first. The employees are bilingual, but there were so few that they had to do multiple jobs at once. One employee gave a customer who must've been his friend the middle finger. The guy waiting for his food beside us was coughing over and over without covering his mouth. There was a man peeing standing up in an open stall in the ladies washroom. There was a group of people standing in front of the door that smelled of smoke, forcing us to walk between them to leave. The atmosphere is absolutely terrible and the service is slow. The food was average and somehow not even hot.

Absolutely horrible experience. They kept passing around the headset and no one could take our order and repeatedly said huh? We even tried just saying the number of the meals we want and nothing. If your in a border town at the very least have one employee who can understand English. I've never had a problem ordering food even deep in quebec. We finally gave up and got stuck in the drive thru.Would not recommend this location if your from Ontario or any other mainly English speaking province.

Play place is great for kids. It usually pretty busy so we always order online before going in, which means our food is ready within 5 minutes.Washrooms are clean and the service is good.

It is, as advertised, yet another McDonalds location amongst the million that exist. Has kiosks, curbside pickup, all that jazz- but no play place for the kids and not in a great location for walking.

I like the easy to order items, in contrast to their massive, digital menu, but was confused if the drive through left side was only French or if it was a bilingual drive through. I tried to order a combo but my French speaking friend didn’t ring it up that way. However, the young lady at the cash window did and saved me $5. That was awesome! Order pick up gal was equally friendly and thanked me for the order. Just a nice team here!
