The workers seemed stressed out, but they were still friendly. This store is not fully accessible to the public. I didn't see door activation buttons and some areas of the store it was tooo small for a wheelchair or walker to pass. The layout was good but once again not well measured for mobility aid users. The store was clean and had alot of sale signs which got confusing at some points. This store could get a 5 star but only if they fix their unaccessibility and there signs. I wouldn't consider this store if you use mobility aids, its a tripping hazard and you can get stuck between items.

I didn't experience very much customer service on the floor, I had to check all the rolls as I needed a certain width. They have good variety and I got everything I needed to make the blackout curtains I needed for a wider window

The place for all your fabric, yarn and tools of the trade all in one convenient location. They supply yarn that is actually heat generated. Great for the cold winter months. Love the variety the store has to offer!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Well organized and clean store. Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going there more often. Worth the drive from Ottawa.

Selection is very low, probably due to COVID. Protocols no longer in place for line ups, moving through store. Sanitizer available but poorly signed. Sign up about required appointment for cutting fabrics but no indication of how to make the appointment. When asked, I was told that there was a number to call but that the person wasn't working. Stood in line to cut some ribbon on a risk and they did it with no question so inconsistent. Staff are mostly friendly with the odd exception.

I just spent an hour in your store with not ONE person offering to help me. Customer service is dead in this store. Multiple staff leaning against the counter laughing amongst themselves and never once offered assistance. This was my first visit and will be my last visit. Pathetic!

This manager at this location does NOT honor mask exemptions for peoppe with medical conditions which is 100% illegal. It is also illegal to show proof or any identification!! SHAME on her! Terrible terrible! I am a long time customer and I have now heard this information not once but multiple times now!!! If she is lookong for a lawsuit..I think she has found one. These are the types of establishments I want to see shut doen forever because they cannot seem to follow the law. Canadians have rights and freedoms..but Fabricland thinks they don't exist. Very shameful. Happy to take my business needs elsewhere.

Turned away at 5:15PM when they close at 5:30PM. I asked why, and the manager said, If we close at 5:30
