I am pleased with the service received from Simply Property. I have built-in/hidden gutter system on our roof. During cleaning, Brandon took photos and noted the deficiencies of the rubber membrane. He explained to me that the seams need resealing/has exposed nail heads, along with the remedy. He was also able to clean and repair everything all in the same day, thus saving me time from having to revisit and book a subsequent appointment.

I highly recommend this firm, and in particular the owner, Brandon. He provided exceptional value for the money. In addition, he is conscientious, hard-working, and polite. I've had my windows cleaned a few times in Regina. Each time the result was good. However, Brandon's results were superior. He was more thorough. He left things as he found them. He made sure that everything was done properly.

Brandon is a very hard worker and a very nice gentleman. He is a protectionist when he’s cleaning windows. We had our 12 suite condo building done out at Regina Beach SK. The windows are sparkling clean!!Thank so much Brandon !!!

Daniel did a great job of cleaning our gutters and inspecting for leaks. He was professional and helpful and even took some photos so I could see how things looked up there. Highly recommended!

Gutter cleaning is very professional, with before and after pictures and cleaned out lots of plastic bags of leaves! Also helped us to fix a lot of things that should be fixed a long time ago including installing leave traps!

We had several leaks in our house due to the roof gutters being frozen from the major snowstorm we experienced this year. We called Brandon on Christmas Eve and he responded quickly to us and came a few hours later. He climbed up to our roof under the dangerous weather conditions and made sure to get rid of all the frozen ice trapped near the gutter spout. We called other companies and they were charging an arm and a leg for an emergency call. However, Brandon had very reasonable pricing and we were so thankful he came on such short notice. Highly recommend giving Brandon a call for any roof problems you are having!
