Hero Certified Burgers
Ordered online, had burgers with no patty and then gave me a hard time about it and refused to remake the order or give me a refund. The place in Sudbury is a scam I swear.

Ordered from here twice so far and both time my food was spot on.. best fries I've ever had by a long shot... I don't know what they do but the fries are awesome...burgers are decent not a fan of the hero sauce. It's ok I guess. Reminds me of thousand island dressing. Other than that it was all good both times.

Veggie burger was not good, hero sauce doesn't really have any flavour it just feels like someone slathered on too much mayo. Fries were okay, but I wouldn't waste your time here. I tried it because I'd heard it was good in Southern Ontario, clearly this didn't translate to Sudbury at all

This is a restaurant with like 3 others integrated togetherAlthough the packaging and food look like Hero Certified Burgers, the taste and quality is off, and the menu is smallerTbh the food was still pretty good, just not as good compared to one you'll find down south Toronto area

Got the veggie soul burger tonight and WOW! Best veggie burger I've ever had, hands down! It had sautéed portabello mushrooms, onions, jalepenos, and it was seriously amazing. My kiddo got a smash burger and loved it too. Hope they open one in the Sault!

order for the first time on uber eats i heard rave reviews from the restaurants in toronto but when i received the order completely disgusting burgers were looked like just thrown in the package and the poutines gravy was at the bottom and the rest was on top

I ordered two 6 oz. build-your-own hero burgers, each with sesame poppy seed buns, canadian cheddar, blue cheese, portobello mushrooms, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and no sauce. I also ordered the crunchy chicken strips with hero dipping sauce, as well as the meatless chicken tenders.The chicken tenders had zero taste to them. Even dipping them in the hero dipping sauce added nothing but a plain mayo taste them. The chicken strips were below average, I've tasted much better.The burgers were super greasy and slippery, everything that was on the burgers kept falling out of the buns very easily. I could barely taste the cheese. The bacon isn't real bacon, it was veggie bacon. I did not pay for veggie bacon, and they only put a single strip of veggie bacon on each burger (more than 1 piece of real" bacon would've been nice). The lettuce and tomatoes added barely any taste to the burger. I ordered portobello mushrooms for both burgers
