I have used this company many times over the past decade for their products. HOWEVER... when it comes to hiring them for service repairs They are thee most unprofessional company I have come across in my 20yrs in the sign industry. FIRST experience I had them booked to do a repair on my Roland versacam it was down for over a week. The DAY of the appointment they cancelled!! Said sorry don't know when they would be free to come and do the repair. 2 weeks my sign shop was down not the mention the $$$ in lost sales. Absolutely brutal communication. As they JUST did this to me again this past week. They gave me a day to come and look at it.. ZERO follow up and another no show.. now phone call NOTHING!

The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! They will actually take the time to explain a process or answer any questions you have. I HIGHLY recommend Stanley's!

Great place. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with a new large format printer that I purchased from them and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to get it fixed and me looked after. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Outstanding place of business.

Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Full of good advice and it is always a pleasant experience to stop by and talk shop.
