My experience with buying carpet was amazing. Nasser the salesman had a lot of knowledge. He guided me to pick the right carpet. It looks amazing in my house . Scott and West did a very professional job installing it . Overall if I could rate then a 10 out 5 I would . All I can say is thanks for the professional job from start to finish

Nasser and the installation team at Alexanian provided excellent service for our custom stair carpet needs. Once we agreed on the carpet style colour and material, Nasser provided high quality advice and kept in contact over the period while the carpet was cut and prepped for install. The installers were polite and respectful of all Covid-19 protocols when they were in our home. The carpet looks and feels great. Overall I would recommend this firm for carpet selection and installation needs.

Excellent service from the beginning. Chris worked with us to make great recommendation based on our budget, our goals for the basement apartment and our lifestyle. Then, despite the ups and downs of the pandemic, the installation went off without a hitch. The installers we professional, efficient, tidy and finished a day ahead of schedule. Will definitely be going back to Alexanian's for the next flooring upgrade in my home!

Wes is an artist!! Couldn’t spot where he crafted a seam in the carpet in one of the rooms - experience shows!! Thanks!

Had a great experience with Alexanian Carpet from start to finish. Chris at the Kitchener location was extremely helpful right from the first phone call. He was willing to spend the time to help us pick the perfect carpet. He went the extra mile to make sure our delivery and installation was accomplished in our tight time frame. Extremely pleased with everything from start to finish. Nasser was very helpful with our decision process in determining which carpet would work best for us. He was very approachable, friendly and made our installation seamless. Our installers were efficient and did a fantastic job with our installation. They were friendly and accommodating. Thirty three years ago we built our home on the Grand River. Time took it's toll so over the years we had new carpet installed in our master suite, family room, office, upper hall and three stair cases.These were all done by Alexanian Carpets and Flooring.Considering all of the Contractors, Sub-contractors, Installers and Suppliers that we have dealt with during our 53 years of marriage, on a scale of 1-10, Alexanian gets 10+.Congratulations to the entire team!
