Utility upgrade, repaving and a townhouse development has been taking place on my very tiny street for the better part of the last year. Traffic control has been an absolute mess. I never know which route to take to my house as their work and subsequent street closures change from morning to afternoon and they never have adequate signage. Placing road closure signs after a blind corner or on one side of the street doesn't help whatsoever. Not to mention that many of the traffic control people seem to lack basic cognitive skills. They often aren't paying attention and lazily hold their stop/slow sign ambiguously, or upside down at their sides, leaving the guesswork to drivers amidst chaotic construction. There's no wonder this type of work is so dangerous with staff like that.

Driver was agressive cut me off and began gesturing out the window before flipping me off. Called dispatch to report. Dispatcher hung up on me will never ever use or promote this trash company. I have never seen them do a job correctly they hire children and sit in construction ways no guiding traffic.
