The quality of the homes from this builder is of very low standards. I can list all of the issues we were faced with in our new home but there's just to many. The worst part about this builder is they try to justify why it's ok to have poor workmanship. How do you explain the walls cracking and the paint peeling after 3 months of moving in? How do you explain the upgraded counter tops having stains, when I had the exact same counter top with another reputable builder did not absorb stains? How is it the floors are separating? I can go on and on but this builder does not take any responsibility for their low standards of delivery and they have trained their employees to be just as.

I do understand Covid-19 pandemic caused delay in shipping and materials. But this does not support by not responding to their customers' request. Called their customer service for more than 20 times in the past 4 months, never received one call to deal with warranty repairs. Tarion warranty will step in soon, i strongly suggest anyone who purchased house/condo from the Conservatory Group, do have a inspector to check everything for you and have everything in record. Otherwise, they will not be responsible for any after sale service/warranty.

STAY AWAY!Buying a home from Conservatory group has been one of the worst experiences of our lives.There is a list of over 30 items wrong with the house on delivery after it was delayed twice. Everything from plumbing leaks to missing items such as AC unit. We don't have a gas stove, washer and appliances are not installed. We can't cook or have a working fridge. We are actively looking in to suing these guys that's how bad it is.On top of all that, site supervisor gives us a visit on our move in date mistakes us with someone else and trys to kick us out of our own house. And doesn't give us his name when asked. I have never seen a more disfunctional unprofessional business before.

Even one star is too much, I hope I could give them no star, they deliver poor quality as their standard and give you an upgrade which means you must pay while you have paid for luxury!!! their upgrade option is just like black or white and you have no liberty to choose your favourite!!their upgrading is too poor and ugly and for the same items they offering in their upgrading , is much more expensive comparing if you want to buy the same items by yourself!!! No customer care is important and their home decor center is very very limited and weak, no knowledgeable person is in there to answer your questions and all things will be postpone and you have no idea what you have to do, I am so regret about my purchasing from them and I Do Not recommend them.

There should be better regulation. I've had nothing but complaints about this builder. We pay a ridiculous amount of money for homes we can't even enjoy and take years just to put up a fence.

Terrible Décor center.Does not follow up on their promises and overall lackluster product.My worst part of the whole Condo experience was the décor center, this review has been longer overdue.It started that we had requested an early appointment due to our work hours. Center confirmed.The center had agreed on this but the sales rep came on her regular time anyways walking in like they don't care while we waited for her, losing OUR work hours.The whole time she was on her phone, did not pay attention to our questions or help us at all in our selection process. When ever we asked a question, how would this look"

If you can stay away from this builder please do!This is the worst experience ever in buying new homes. Only moved in a few months in a new home a few part of the house started cracking and falling off.The worst part is the both sides of the fireplace is already apart if from the wall.Conservative group is not responsive. They took advantage of Covid situation and contracted out to a third party who will tell you “ we can only take notes and can’t answer anything”.Don’t buy from them!

I don’t know where to start but not the best experience with this builder. They delayed the house 2 weeks before closing. Lots of deficiencies. Trying to get a hold of someone is liking reaching the prime ministers office. They hide behind an iron curtain. Staff use personal email addresses. Thank God for Tarion. To all other buyers in the same boat please use Tarion as they are there to protect the home owner and have the ability to fine the builder and compensate the home owners. Know your rights.

Absolutely shameful company. Zero customer service, and tricks you into buying upgrades and fails to deliver them. All sorts of nasty surprises in their contracts that forces you to pay more or covers their bottoms if they mess up something. Company fails to send any closing documentation until literally THE DAY BEFORE CLOSING, and expects you to come up with millions in cash in 24 hours.This company should not exist. I hope they go bankrupt. Good riddance.

Great layouts.For new homes ensure you have money to fix defencencies.A mature home from these builders are the way to go. New not so much.
