My wife and I had a great experience with the team. They came in promptly to restore the damage caused by a cracked pipe that leaked into our basement. Steve the Service Master Project Manager, was excellent.He assessed the damage and coordinated the restoration promptly and Jesse from Exclusive Kitchens by Design Inc. (the contractor) was courteous, professional and did top notch work. I would recommend both Service Master and Exclusive Kitchens by Design Inc. to anyone.Jerry

We recently experienced water damage in our home and although this was an unfortunate situation, Sebastian DeVellis -Project Manager- was very thorough and efficient in assessing the situation and providing honest feedback. Service Master brought in Jessie and his team from Exclusive Group Cabinets who did a great job repairing and revitalizing my basement after a burst pipe cause extensive damage. I would highly recommend them.

Our basement flooded, our Insurance company told us ServiceMaster would call within the hour, they did... Corey then said he would be at our property within the hour, he was... From start to finish this company showed complete professionalism, enter Sebastian, he told us what would happen, step by step, the team were hard working and extremely proficient... you would not believe now that the basement was flooded...amazing!! Thank you Sebastian and your team, and always being on the end of a phone to answer our questions... Would highly recommend...

In emergencies, you want to know that you can totally rely on the knowledge, skills, and people who are helping you. Our flood left a mess and also left us unsure of the next steps to make sure that there was no additional damage from damp walls or moldy floors. Sebastian and his ServiceMaster team took the time to ensure everything was done properly, and they were always happy to walk us through the choices we had to repair the damage. No one wants to deal with a flood, but if it happens definitely call ServiceMaster. You won't be disappointed.

Service Master - more like- Service Dodger!My insurance company uses this company so I decided to go with them instead of having other companies.BIG Mistake, the project manager Laura - is MIA. I have contact the client Rep named Jeff Chambers who stated he had emailed her a few times that I need to be contacted regarding the status of the my project. I HEARD NOTHING. I have escalated this matter and sent an email.This company has several 5/5 reviews. These reviews are scrubbed" only to showcase the 5/5. I am not sure how this location received high scores but it is impossible from my lived experience so far.Ontario has only a few months of summer

Service Master is a professional company that values its customers and goes the extra mile by providing a personable experience. Whenever you need something, even if you have a complaint, the staff replies back in a timely manner and makes your home and your day neater and cozier. When my basement flooded on New Year's eve, I thought 'what a nightmare lay ahead'. Well that was before ServiceMaster called me. Within a half an hour of calling my insurance company to let them know about what had happened, I received a call from Patrick at ServiceMaster assuring me that everything would be alright and that I shouldn't worry. Within an hour of his call he had arranged and dispatched a crew to my home to deal with the large amount of water that had collected in my basement. It was New Years eve!!! Not only that, but the next day, Patrick himself came out to survey the damage and further reassure me that everything would be fine...remember, that was on New Year's day!...I felt terrible that he had to work and deal with me on what should have been a day off for him. He explained everything to me in detail, and was so patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge regarding the situation. Furthermore, and at the same time, I started speaking with Jessica at ServiceMaster, to assist me with the property lost/damaged by the flood. She was so patient and kind as well, explaining to me how the process worked. I never felt rushed by either Patrick or Jessica and consider myself extremely lucky that my insurance company deals with ServiceMaster for these situations. I would highly, highly, highly, recommend ServiceMaster for any restoration needs...you will not be sorry that you did!!!

My wooden floor was replaced after a flood! Beautiful work! The job was completed in a timely and professional manner! Much appreciated!
