Great group of people , our purchase of a new Crosstrek and trade in of our Outback went smooth and seamless, from Brent , George and Tim in sales , Crystal in finance and Jeff in the service department we couldn't ask for a more courteous professional team to do business with. Highly recommend !

Terrible experience. Upcharged us $500 extra for tire and rim insurance. Burried it in rustproofing cost which we agreed we wanted. Told us they charge to everybody but agreed to remove. Agreement was almost $2000 more than Subaru's build and price. Told us that was the cost to keep the lights on. We agreed to pay as only vehicle availabe. Would have purchased from Halifax Subaru if they had one available. Very disappointing experience.

As in an earlier post. They also refused to sell us a car for cash. Same reasons. Sorry Tim it is true. I called Subaru Canada the dealership can charge what they want . It would have been nice to have the owner (Tim)come and talk to us rather then send his sales rep out to tell us how the owner of the dealership wants to treat customers who only want to support LOCAL. This may come back to bite them. Supply issues won’t last forever.

Was told by a sales rep over the phone and through text that a 2023 Subaru Outback touring was $38000. I took the day off work and drove 3 hours ready to buy only to find out that the sales rep I was dealing went home sick and I would be dealing with someone else. I test drove the Outback, liked it, then went inside to start the buying process. The new sales rep refused to tell me the price of the Outback, he went back and forth with the sales manager a few times (apparently) and came back with a biweekly payment that worked out to $44000 I was told to take it or leave it, so I left it obviously... Thanks for wasting my whole day guys.

They wanted to charge mark up (above MSRP) for a new car on their lot. Refused my cash offer for MSRP, said it doesn't keep the lights on.I offered to buy an extended warranty, so they'd make more money. They came back with a loan that totaled $53,200 for a 2022 base model BRZ, that should be $35,900 all in.Will be informing Subaru Canada along with the Dealer Association. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.Steele and Oregans in this province sell for MSRP, which dealers are obligated too. Shows the lack of values Central Nova Subaru has for their customers.Editing to reply to owner:It is true. I was dealing with John Chisholm, who went back and forth to the owner supposedly multiple times. Mark, if I remember correctly. Finance woman's name is Crystal. You crooks wanted 15K down + 184 Bi weekly for 8 years which equals 53.2K. Not only that but flat out refused my cash offer for MSRP. In his exact words Cash offer at msrp doesn't keep our lights on". You guys would only consider amount above MSRP

We had our 2019 Subaru Ascent towed to Central Nova Motors after it broke down. They told us to come pick it up after replacing the alternator. My husband picked it up on a Saturday only to have it break down on the side of the road leaving him stranded an hour from home. It turned out to not be the alternator at all, but the transmission which was on a recall. We waited a month to get our vehicle back with no contact from the dealership to tell us the piece was on backorder. No loaner vehicle was supplied. We've reached out to the owner and the General Manager via email, and spoken with the owner in person only to be told to email someone else. No reply to the emails whatsoever (they were sent in September). I would rather trade my Subaru in than place my trust in this dealership again.

If you’re a woman, and really want a Subaru, go to the Halifax dealership. Appalling customer service.
