The staff here are always really friendly. IBS stocks some really unique brands and tools for the professional hairstylist and esthetician. Their systems could use an update but it’s not a huge deal.

Worst distributor I have ever dealt with. All sales consultants are completely incompetent. I have dealt with the highest up at the company including Clint and Leigh Tait. Shipments are always shipped to WRONG addresses and excuses are made for complacent sales reps and customer service agents in the call centre.
