This was one my usual spots. Recently I made a pick-up order through Skip the Dishes rather than calling in - big mistake. They informed me that someone else had already picked up my order and suggested that I check my house for the delivery. My home did not receive any food. They did not do anything once I showed them my receipt that clearly indicates a pick-up order. Skip the Dishes stated that the restaurant was unreachable when it came to receiving a refund. I've essentially been robbed of 50 dollars and neither Rose Sweets nor Skip has reimbursed me. Will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

The gulab jamun and samosas which are of good size and taste. But the gulab we're little bit dry. Literally I got attracted with Falooda which was shown on their site but unfortunately they do not serve all the items from the menu. Seems like less maintenance happens.

I had ordered on uber eats two makki ki roti thali i paid32 instead of informing me they themselves gave tawa rotis and I ordered four and get two the taste was very bad even i called them the lady over the phone has no sense to speak she said they don’t have bad experience

Very disappointing customer service. Ordered one chilli chicken for takeout and gave special instructions to the receptionist name Mani\Sukhi to please make it well done so it won't be raw. Despite giving special instructions chicken turned out to be raw and not properly cooked. When made the complaint on phone receptionist Mani said that's how we cook it in our restaurant take it or leave it in a very rude manner. Returned food at restaurant. Never going back there again.

How can I give zero star they are not capable for one star I ordered chicken Tikka don't try anyone so bad preparation I never had this in whole life I went back to shop but one lady come from kitchen room this is it what be made not getting it back and no apologies so bad attitude

I like their sweet chat papri. I tried pav bhaji but was not impressed. The pav were very oily and the bhaji gravy wasn't thick. The food presentation was good so that's nice. Yet to try other foods here so will surely come back.
