I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. I ordered a French Vanilla, but to my dismay, I received a cup of hot water instead. What made matters worse was the lack of attention from the staff. Throughout my visit, I noticed that around 5-6 employees were casually chatting with each other while trying to prepare orders in between. This resulted in a significant wait time to place my order and an even longer wait for it to be prepared. However, the most frustrating part was discovering that my cup contained nothing but hot water when I was ready to hit the road.

Very slow service. There was a long line and only one person at the counter. The others were doing who knows what in the backroom. People don’t stop by at this place to hang out. We’re on the move and usually in a hurry. Give a better service!

I have. Order egg wrap 2 time. I ask for extra grilled but they guys don’t understand they give no grilled guys don’t come to work if you don’t want to work 0 star for their service truckers don’t wast your time and money here

Waited 15 minutes in line as employees seemed completely indifferent. Donut came squished with all the chocolate stick on the bag not the donut. And tea was cold

End up waiting for a toasted bagel for 7 minutes, and remind them what I've ordered. The server didn't use gloves, and the wrapping was all greasy.

Very bad experience Ordered iced cap with espresso shot inside and for it to be blended together she ignored it and told the other girl to just make the iced cap and add the shot on top. Did that then have it to me and when asked to blend it she said it’s cross contamination and she wouldn’t do it I said other Tims do it then she took it in purpose splashed all the iced cap around to prove that can’t be done and gave me back the iced cap and said you got what you wanted here and left like it is free you pay 4$ for that to get that kind of treatment everywhere I go they make just like I ask but this place no very rude employee she takes orders and is rude with everyone last time I come and by from this Tims! She should be taught a lesson that customer is always right. If I get it for free ok but when I buy they have to make it the way I want it and end up with 3/4 ice cap

Worst customer service ever. We ordered 2 large steeped tea(3,3) and on medium steeped tea (3m,3s). We got all the drinks wrong not just once but repetitively. When we showed them the drinks 2 girls working at front were like you can take your refund and leave. At least the guy had some sense and was trying to be polite.

15minute for a coffe and a baggel blt and they miss my order ! By chance we were only 4 in the line worst place by far 12$ for that can we have a little bit of service ??

4 years ago I gave this place 5 stars now they shouldn't even get 1. I ordered 2 coffees and a crispy chicken sandwich to go. I heard her say no more crispy chicken, so I was going to change my order, but she made me believe, that I had the last one. I received my order, went on my way. Once on the road, I open the sandwich and instead of the big square chicken piece, it was a very small chicken finger (size a kids thumb) with salad and a tomato. What a big disappointment. I feel cheated. We will not be going there again, it was the Mallorytown on the 401 going EST. I will use the bathroom, but go to the next stop for food and coffee.
