Amazing service. The Movers got every single thing packed and unloaded to my new place in less than 2 hours. Everything professionally wrapped and packed. Far and away the cheapest moving service around. I hope to not move again due to purchasing a home but if I ever do I will definitely hire them again. A+ service! The total cost ended up being less than $400.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking!!! These are scam artists and Thieves!!! Only a few years ago they stole my property and then held it hostage..they wanted more money, shocker!!!! I finally got property my back but had to sue them. It took over a year but they sure do try to intimidate you along the way. I was also warned that if I sued them too much they would just file bankruptcy and then reopen under a different name.

If you value your items, pick somewhere else! These people don't care. And if you think your extra insurance that you can purchase for another 35 dollars will cover that, think again! They took no responsibility for leaving my mattress with an 18 inch tear. And then after over a month of plotting, they just told told me to call the manufacturer of the mattress because it was the 8 month old mattress's fault. It's sad when people don't own up to a mishandling of your items when you pay them to do something they do everyday. Shop around, that's all I'm saying!

The Movers, Inc. were very professional. We were very happy with the move in general. They appeared to be very careful with our items. The movers were very nice to work with and the team was personable. My only caution with these folks is to read their contract carefully. We got nickeled and dimed" to death for additional fees: an example is we were charged $112.50 for floor protection

I hired the movers to help me move to an apartment. I booked two men for the move and a third man showed up. They told me an extra guy showed up to the shop and that my price would most likely end up the same because it would take less time. During the moving process they ended up shattering my coffee table and said that I could call the office later to file a claim. The final total was way more than what it would have been if 2 men took double the time. I was unhappy with the price and when they called their boss, he took 80 dollars off which definitely wasn't enough. When I called to complain about the price and file a claim for my coffee table the boss didn't understand why I was upset. They said they would email or send me a claim form in the mail. Almost one month later I still haven't received the form. I called again and they have NO RECORD of me doing business with them. Still waiting for them to send me this form. Incredibly unhappy with their service.

We made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to hiring these guys. $455.00 claim was filed after the move. They sent a check for less than $25. The amount they billed us was $700.00 over their estimate". They didn't come to our house to see what was to be moved. Instead they guessed by looking at the photos on Zillow. We had stuff boxed and ready by the garage door but they decided to repackage our dishes into their boxes

Anyone looking to move with this company - BEWARE!!!! My wife was quoted $104 an hour with a 3 hour minimum and that it shouldn't exceed $400 dollars total...grand total was over $800!!!! Rate changed to $154 for sending out another guy" to help...lots of other extras that weren't disclosed until AFTER the Bill was presented. (When they completed the move in other words) When speaking with their office staff on the incorrect billing amount

They are scammers and they over charge their customers. I could write a book of all the shady stuff that Tom Dreifuerst and his sons do to rip people off and take advantage of them.

Very Unsatisfied!! Milked me for shrink wrapping and screwing around wasting time!! $1,325 dollars for six hours!! Rip Off!!
